 'Have you heard of the Wardens of Annúminas? They are a branch of our order who guard the ancient tombs and ruins which mark the long-ago abandoned capital of Arnor.

'News has come to me that they stand hard-pressed, as bandits and refugees from the North-downs have begun to loot the old tombs in increasing numbers, and darker rumours of the presence of Angmarim agents who seek entrance into the ancient city itself.

'Travel to the camp of Tinnudir and you will find Cannuion, who will be most greatful for any aid you can render.'
