Quest NPC Instructions

'Are you not a tailor of some skill, (your name)? If so, we have a task in which you might aid us. In the past, my kindred have sent our youths coming of age on pilgrimages to notable places of our forefathers, but war has forced a change in this.

'To help identify these youths, we provide them with Ranger's Sashes that signify their coming into adulthood -- but supplies of fabric and those with the skill to craft them in any quantity have been short. Most cloth has gone for bandages.

'If you could craft a few of these sashes for us, we would be quite greatful.'
