Quest NPC Instructions 'I can't ken these runes at all! Why, unless I miss my mark entirely, I think these are some kind of Elf-writing.
'Now, how could directions to a Dwarf-mine have ever been written in some Elvish script? Well, I'm sure I don't understand this, but I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to find an Elf lore-master to riddle these records for us.
'I believe there are Elves living at Lin Giliath, some distance to the south of here, in a region of lakes and bogs called Meluinen in the Elf tongue. There is an Elf there called Glambaen who may be able to read these records.'
