Quest NPC Instructions 'Well met in dark times, (your name). It is possible that as you wage war against the Enemy, you will on rare occasion come across an Orc who wields a War-master's Lash -- these cruel whips are dispensed as marks of high favour by their masters in the black city of Carn Dûm, and the defeat of such an opponent is a victory against their evil schemes.
